From the moment we met them they put us at ease and it was clear to see in previous work that photography for James is not work it is a passion! from the first consultation James and Louise showed a keen interest to get to know my Husband and I, they happily shared a vast amount of previous works and had a different album styles to hand so we could get a clear idea of the style of photography that we wanted. In our eyes no other service from previous photographers compared to that which we received from James & Louise A month before the wedding we were invited back to their home in Eye to finalise requirements. As part of our package and I believe all packages they offer we had a pre-wedding photo session. This we thought was a brilliant idea and really got used to James taking the pictures as it can be quite hard to smile and pose in front of people you’re not so familiar with. This is a service that no other photographer we come across offered without paying an additional fee. On the wedding day James was excellent he was efficient, patient and creative. The final pictures are more than we could ever have wished for, they are truly amazing and capture the magic of our wedding day.”

James worked well to sell himself and was able to answer any questions myself and my fiancé had during the initial phases or choosing a photographer. At the ceremony itself James was early and very proactive in making sure he had a good knowledge of the area and the order of the day. He also conducted himself with the up most professionalism throughout the service itself. The end result was fantastic and worth the hard work and effort. James stayed until agreed and moved seamlessly around the venue capturing great shots that we though really captured the day. James attitude and sense of humour was also brilliant throughout which led on to us having an epic photo story book to show of forever more.”

“James was fantastic he was great at communicating with us. My husband and I now live in Qatar however at the time of organising the wedding I was still living in the UK so you can imagine how difficult this was to no groom to help!! My husband came over to the UK when he could however being a pilot is a demanding job and days off are very random. James was lovely, my husband was able to communicate via e-mails and calls when he was out of the UK and James was extremely prompt in replying (within 24 hours!!) When my husband, Myles was back in UK James always made time for us even at 8pm at night to make sure we were happy! He really was a star as I thought I would have to decide by myself as Myles' time in the UK was so little. On the day James was very professional and listened to everything we had said prior to our big day. It went smoothly and many of our guest were very impressed with James. It was even James' wife birthday on the day of the wedding and there was no sense of rush to leave which was lovely!! We had to leave for Qatar 10 days after our wedding and James was able to schedule a meeting to show us all of photos of our day that had also been edited which we were amazed by. With this he also gave us a CD of all of our photos so we had some photos to show our friends in Qatar. We are now just waiting to collect our album on our next visit to the UK as we don't quite trust the postal system out here!! But I cant wait to get my hands on it!!”

“We choose James via the internet and made an appointment to discuss the options, we were really impressed with his relaxed attitude but knowledge of photography and ability to judge and see a good photo from the examples he showed us. He and his wife were very friendly, likable and down to earth. Their love for photography is clear and filled us with confidence. It was clear that James had his ideas for photos before and during the day, however we and other parties of the wedding felt able to ask him to take various other photos throughout the day. The photos did not take over the wedding and he spend just the right amount of time taking them so we were still able to fully enjoy our day and the results are amazing and real mix of posed shots and relaxed shots that really capture our day and how much we and other guest enjoyed it. The service before the wedding was good as was the service after and they have enable us to view the photos promptly after returning from honeymoon and have produced the products and enabled us to have them as quickly as possible. I would and will be recommending James to friends and family and we would not hesitate to have special moments captured by him in the future.”

“Although we knew James and his wife Louise prior to selecting our wedding photographer he was definitely the right choice. Having researched the market i felt a confidence in James from his professional approach and taking our requirements seriously. He spent sufficient prep time with both myself and my partner making sure things were right for the day including a site visit. On the day itself James captured some fantastic photos, some of which i didn't even realise until we saw the finished product. He really captured the day with both posed and natural shots - exactly what i had asked for. Overall a great selection of photos provided and turned around very quickly within 2-3 weeks and the album shortly after that. His wife Louise had a great eye for pulling this together.”

The package was tailored specifically to our requirements and they have a very personal approach. The pre- wedding portrait session included in the package is excellent, particularly as we had the choice for it to take place outside or in the studio. The website is clear and easy to use and all enquiries and emails are dealt with promptly and effectively. On our wedding day James worked in an unobtrusive manner and captured traditional style shots as well as natural ones which is what we had requested. After the wedding and on a date of our choice we were able to visit James and Louise and view all of the images on a large TV screen. We were left to watch the slideshow in private and we felt this was a great way to view our images. We were delighted with the package and the images. Many thanks to James and Louise.”
