Q. Can I buy Gift Vouchers?
A. Yes you can. Giving gift vouchers is a great idea,
you can purchase them online using the Buy Now facility.
Q. Do you
take traditional portrait images?
A. We will work with you to achieve the portrait you desire
- whether that is a more traditional portrait style or a more
contemporary and fun shoot.
Q. Can you visit my home?
A. Yes, although we are unable to transport our studio
lighting and background and is subject to option 3 or above photo
package being chosen.
Q. Do you photograph large groups?
A. For comfort, our home studio can only accommodate 5-6
people. We can photograph large groups at an alternative
location, although we are unable to transport our studio lighting
and background. We highly recommend outdoor shoots for large
groups at local parks or woods, such as Ferry Meadows, as these can
look fantastic. Alternatively, you could look at local hotels
or restaurants which have grounds both indoors and outdoors that
could be used. Please note on-location shoots are subject to
option 3 or above photo package being chosen at the time of booking.
Q. Does your
studio premises cater for people with disabilities?
A. Our studio is on the first floor therefore would not be suitable
for anyone who is unable to climb stairs unfortunately. Please note
we are happy to take your portrait at another location that suits you.
Q. Does your
studio have free parking?
A. The studio is in a residential area where there are parking
spaces. |

Q. Do you do my makeup prior to the
photography session?
A. We have facilities at our studio for you to make yourself
up, check your hair, change your clothes etc. We are happy to help
you look your best so you get the most out of your experience.
Q. When do I pay
for the session?
A. Payment for your session or chosen package will be required on
the day. Additional prints can be paid for upon ordering.
Q. How will I view my pictures after the
session?
A. Once the session is over, your images will be edited
in our digital suite and will be available for you to view and
select at our studio within 7 days.
Q. How do I pay for my order?
A. Payment can be made by cheque or cash.
Q. How long does it take to receive my
order?
A. Once we have placed your order we will contact you once it
has arrived (normally within 5 working days) to arrange the most
convenient way for you to receive your items.
Q. How long will you keep the images
taken?
A. We will usually keep the images from your session for up
to 3 months.
Q. Who owns the copyright on my images?
A. James Bowyer Photography retains the
copyright to all images taken at your session and these may be used
for marketing purposes. |

Photography shall be granted creative and artistic licence in
relation to the poses used. Our judgement on photographic
style and the number of photographs taken, shall be deemed correct.
We reserve the right to edit, crop and delete any images as we deem
necessary and are under no obligation to present all images taken
during the session. |
